Other system data use almost half storage of my 32Gb iPad and I do not know what you do
I can't use my iPad 6 because something inexplicable is taking up the memory space of my device. Looks as iHard. Need help.

Rid of "Other" through Backup:
About "Other": "Other" is all "junk" (as we'd commonly say) files (i.e. caches from installed apps). So, to fix this, first backup* your iPhone and then restore** your iPhone from the backup.
