WatchIOS 8.1 software update
Update has been verifying for 3 days now. Can not stop, restart or reset.

Here are some suggestions:
- Force Close the Apple Watch app on your iPhone --> Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Force Restart your Apple Watch --> Press and hold BOTH the power and crown at the same time (keep holding past the screen going black (can take 10 seconds) until the Apple logo appears on your watch, then let go
- Once you sign back into your watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and see if the update finishes or is finished.
- Make sure the watch is on its charger, is charged above 50% and your iPhone and watch are connected to Wifi
