Camera blurry

Good day. I’m having issues with my portrait mode ever since I bought this phone from Best Buy. I have the X. It won’t focus and is very blurry. The farther I go the blurry it gets but if I come up close to the person, it gets clearer. Why is that?

My iPhone 7 plus Camera won't focus Taking pictures is a pretty big hobby of mine and for the past few weeks my iPhone 7 plus rear camera hasn't been working. The only time the camera is completely clear is if it is on portrait mode. When the camera is on "Photo" the camera is extremely blurry when I am trying to take a picture from a few feet back but when I am up close or right in front of something it is clear. How do I fix this? and if I can't and have to take it to a store how much would it cost?

IPhone 12 camera blurry. Just wondering if anyone had the same issue. The iPhone 12 camera itself is blurry on the x1 setting. So even if I’m using Snapchat or taking a photo on what’s app it’s blurry. the lens is not dirty and even with wiping the lens it still is blurry. Randomly it will stop being blurry. This is a brand new phone 🤷‍♀️

Hello,

1) Restart the phone

2) See this: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

3) Go back to Best Buy and have them check it
