video format not supported on iOS

I get “video format not supported” errors with this event, on either iPad or iPhone, both with latest iOS.

I’ve tried multiple browsers.

can anyone help?

You're right. Tried to open that link with my iPhone XR using Safari, but the screen goes blank (black) and there's no way to see that video. No idea why it's happening, sorry.

On my Windows PC I can see it fine.
