I need help it’s stuck on OS updating so can’t find serial number
I’m stuck on updating OS…tried to power down but still stuck.
MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.10
Why do you need a serial number while the Mac is updating? Shine a bright light on the bottom of the Mac near the hinge and the serial number should be located there.
