Is it safe to delete the Security/vm file under the Relocated Items folder?

I think I got it when I upgraded from El Capitan to Catalina or it could be when I moved storage devices. Anyways it's just sitting there taking up just over 1GB and I'd like every last bit of storage that I can since I can't upgrade right now.

the virtual memory volume on Catalina says File Vault is off I was looking at the progress of my hard drive's encryption in Catalina using the terminal command "diskutil apfs list". The system and data volumes showed that they were encrypted, and unlocked, which I'd expect. The preboot and recovery volumes showed "File Vault: no" by them, which I guess makes sense as there isn't any user data in those areas. But, I noticed that the VM (virtual memory) volume also showed "File Vault: no" by it. Wouldn't this mean that swapped out memory, containing lots of user data, exists in an unencrypted state on our hard drives? Thank you.

HD/private/var/vm/sleepimage. what is this? HD/private/var/vm/sleepimage 8.59GB also HD/private/var/vm/swapfile0 1.07GB but when i look at the HD the folder "private" is invisable.

Relocated items MacOS, I have just booted up to a fresh MacOS High Sierra the iTunes , Appstore , and Safari have been really out dated so I decided to upgrade to the new MacOS Monterey from a usb device, in which I did successfully. After I upgraded, I seem to have a folder named "Relocated Items" and inside is another folder called "Security" in that is "System" then to "Library" then to "LaunchAgents" finally to a Document of some sort named "com.apple.mobiledeviceupdater.plist." What do I do with this exactly?
