I will add 200QAR on my Apple ID. I need to purchase a gift card voucher. But when I purchase a gift card from App Store they will told me to purchase could not successful please contact your iTunes support. So please guide me how to purchase a gift card using Apple ID account.

If you have a different payment method on your account, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Otherwise, you can't; Apple doesn't allow store credit to be spent on gifts.
