Mail is coming only when wifi is open. Checked settings and there is no problem. İt seems after ios 15 this issue started

Steps, in link, didnt solve this problem. İt is currently about wifi/cellular data. Wifi is on going, cellular is not. Mail provider’s app is working. Mail app dosnt working. After ios 15 the issue started.
