I have a fairly new Apple Watch and Iphone 12. My Watch disconnects from my Iphone after I talk about 10 minutes or so. I have to get my phone to continue with the call. I have not moved any further from the phone while I am talking on my watch. I have turned both devices off and on, toggle the bluetooth switch, and also un-paired and re-paired the watch to the phone but it still doesn't work. Help!!

It appears you are having some difficulty keeping a phone call on your Apple Watch going.
This sounds like a Bluetooth interference issue as the call itself is not failing and it can be continued on the iPhone.

Keep in mind that you would not need to move further from the iPhone for interference to be an issue. The germane question is are there other Bluetooth devices being used at the same time within range of the Apple Watch and iPhone?
