How to retrieve password of Access disable device due to wrong password attempt

My Iphone 5S is disabled & I haven't any idea of passcode. I connect it to Itunes for restoration but not successful also use another option update and restore process show for restoring after restore process it is not enable. What can I do to enable passcode. Data lost no issue I want to start device start for secondary and standby process. So help me resolve the issue.
