I Can't get off Guided Access - triple click not working

I'm stuck with my iPad on Guided Access and nothing seems to work.

When clicking anything receive a message saying "Guided Access is enabled. Triple-click the top button to exit"

When triple-clicking the home button nothing happens: I've tried long clicks, quick clicks, double-clicking 3 times, tried the same on the top volume button instead, but nothing works.

I'm doing exactly what the message tells me to do and still, nothing happens!

Any help would be deeply appreciated, this is insanely frustrating.

Hello Rafaelsanchesx and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty turning off Guided Access on an iPad.

Try forcing the iPad to restart using the steps outlined here:

If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen
