How can I reset my screen password if I forgot my screen password?
Update the IOS software and the screen password changed. How do I figure out the new password?

If it doesn’t work (it won’t if you didn’t set up a recovery Apple ID) you will have to restore the phone to factory settings and set it up as a new phone.
And no, updating iOS will never change the screen time passcode.
