NZ sales include GST?
Invoices online are extremely rudimentary.
Do the prices / charges for NZ customers include GST or not?

Thanks Rob, but I really shouldn't have to spend a bunch of time going through tech support to see if my invoice includes sales tax or not.
It really should be obvious from the invoice. It's pretty crazy that it isn't. In fact it's not really an invoice at all.
Everyone else manages to do this properly. It's not really in keeping with Apple's prestige / reputation to fail like this on such a basic point.
