I absolutely cannot decide which Apple Watch to get. I want to get an Apple Watch but I don't know which one to get.

No one can tell you which is the right watch for you.

Some questions to ponder:

Do you want to be able to make and receive calls without having your phone with you? If yes, buy a GPS+ Cellular. Note: A cellular Apple Watch will require a data plan with your cellular provider. Make sure your cellular provider supports Apple Watch.
What size would work best on your wrist?
How much do you want to spend?
Do you want a watch with the latest and greatest technology? Buy Apple Watch 7, the newest.
