What is the filepath for the Recents folder?
I see it on my dock but can't find the filepath. I ask because I use an app to open specific folders with a keyboard shortcut.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

The recents folder is not an actual folder.
The Mac just reads which are the most recent files/ items and places them under
this alias called Recents.
All the files you see in recents are actually located in the folders they were
originally created in or saved to.
If you delete a file from Recents it actually deletes it from the original folder/ location.
For instance if you have a file in a folder called DCarlson93 and it shows under Recents,
it is not actually in a folder called Recents, but if you delete it from Recents it will delete
it from the original DCarlson93 folder.
It is very important not to delete items from Recents as it deletes the item from the original
location.
Try this, open a new Finder window, click View in the menubar and select Show Path Bar.
The path bar shows up at the bottom of the Finder window.
Now click on Recents and then click on a file that appears in Recents.
The path bar shows you where the file is actually stored.

There isn't one. Recents isn't a folder. It's not a place. It's just a list of recently accessed items. The items remain in their actual locations on the disk.
The shortcut for Recents is cmd-shift-F.
