New twitter notifications on Apple Watch not readable at a glance

Recently the notifications from twitter on Apple Watch changed.

Instead of showing the actual text content on top it now features a large profile picture that fills the whole Apple Watch display. Before this change I just glanced at my watch to read the tweet, I now have to drop whatever I have in my other hand and scroll down to see the actual content.

I have no idea if it's Apple or Twitter that changed the notification layout, but it is not an improvement.
