Powerbeats Replacement?

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to gets my Powerbeats replaced, They suddenly stopped working and I have no clue why

Which model of Powerbeats Pro are they?


When you say they stopped working, what exactly is happening? Do they not seem to charge or power on, or is there no audio? Depending, some of the steps below might be helpful.

If you're having trouble charging your Powerbeats Pro, here are some things you can try.

  1. Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case.
  2. Use another power source or a different cable.
  3. Clean the earbuds, then make sure that they're completely dry.
