Family sharing issue

My husband and I set up our family sharing almost a year ago now and he still can’t access some of the subscriptions that were initially set up with my Apple ID prior to setting up Family Share. The subscription renewals from those accounts get charged to the card we have set up as the default payment method for our family sharing plan, which happens to be our Apple Card.


We have tried signing out and back in and resetting our family sharing settings yet he is still unable to access these subscriptions.


Are there some apps that can’t be shared or is there some other reason for our issue? Or better yet a solution to fix the problem??
