Pink screen

I have the 1 Tb iPhone 13 pro max, it’s just over two weeks old now, but now the screen freezes, the screen goes pink and the phone the restarts itself! Just a week ago I took it to my local apple Genius Bar, who run some tests on it but found nothing wrong with it, however the genius guy restored the phone to factory settings, now just a week later the phone is doing the same thing! I’ll be going to the Genius Bar in a couple of days time to try and sort it again!

Has anyone else had this kind of problem?

My wife travelled in favor of a wedding to NC with her recent iPhone 13 pro. After a join of days (Oct 5) the screen froze and the phone stopped working. The Tech on the Apple collect couldn't cause it to start. The interval instant in favor of a replacement on the Apple collect is long - was told the replacement would arrive on November 2 as recent customers cause their phones-while existing customers can interval! Her comrade reached not permitted to customer service and possess promised conveyance a replacement in advance November 2. So waiting on it. Till after that wife is exclusive of a phone.

This is to highlight the non-fixable obstacle with the iPhone 13 pro and the absurd interval instant to cause a working phone. Apple be supposed to possess a loaner guiding principle if they can't solution a brand recent creation, so with the purpose of the customer is not stranded exclusive of a phone.
