M1 Pro International Warranty

I would like to purchase a M1 Pro Macbook in South Africa. Problem is I am relocating in the next 3 months to the UK. Will the warranty be valid in the UK in the 1 year warranty should something go wrong or would i have to have it sent back to SA for the warranty claims / repairs?
