I experienced a loss of all my purchases on WildCraft which is TurboRocketGames 3rd party app.

I used Wildcraft with my Apple id and password. Apple is unable to restore my Wildcraft account and purchases in App. I have received NO response from the 3rd party vendor. support@turborocketgames.com. Has anyone had this issue and successfully reached TRG????


All Wildcraft users, I highly recommend you watch your purchase within this app, since neither Apple of the 3rd party TRG TurboRocketGames, will assist you. I only wanted my game restored, but no luck!


I don't know about you, but that is throwing away good money.


Anyone else had this issue with this developer or another? How did you get help to restore your account?
