Zoom won't play recording on Ipad

Hi, I can participate in a zoom meeting but cannot play the recording on either Chrome or Firefox browsers. Someone posted on this same issue back in January and the advice given was generic advice on reinstalling the app (I suppose that means the browsers in this case.) I am not sure that advice works - it feels like this is a settings issue (perhaps on popups?) - does anyone please have some advice on what to do? Would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

It sounds like you are experiencing recording issues on 3rd party browsers. We understand ho important this is to you and we are here to help.

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Does this issue persist while using Safari? Which iPadOS version are you currently using? Also, has recording ever worked previously?
