Can I return AirPods if they don't fit in my ears?

I recently purchased 3rd generation Airpods from another store, I'm unhappy with them, they continously pop out of my ears. After 3 days of using them I went to the store to exchange them for the AirPod pros, they informed me that they don't take returns on AirPods, they did not inform me of their policy when I purchased them. Two years ago I purchased two open box AirPods from the same store, now they are saying that they don't take returns. They told me I should have looked on my receipt which says 0 day return.

Would Apple allow me to exchange them for AirPod pros? I'm otherwise stuck with headphones that are not useful for me.

Did you end up swapping them? I just got AirPods pros and they always fall out of my ears! I was going to exchange them for the 3rd gen AirPods.

No. Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple Retail Store, can be returned to Apple. Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Yes absolutely. Apple wants to make sure you're happy. I just did a return it's so easy. By the way the AirPods 3rd gen are awesome. I had the earlier version and just bought the 3rd generation.

I've had mine for three days and they keep falling out , not recommended for anything other than sitting down.

I rang apple support and no help whatsoever.

Very disappointing from apple. Especially when you watch the promo video.

Do you know if this includes, AirPods purchased at another store? Would apple still do the same?

I have never tried, but still I would say yes without problems. All you need is the receipt.

No. The extended holiday return period ended on January 8.

If purchased from Apple directly, you have 14 days to return them.
