Not being allowed to select Voice Isolation Mode for FaceTime calls on my iPhone 13 Pro using AirPods Pro

I'm running the latest iOS 15.1 on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and the latest firmware on my AirPods Pro, and when I'm on a FaceTime call, with my AirPods Pro, it says that "Wide Spectrum" is not available, but it also is not allowing me to tap on 'Voice Isolation' in Control Center, which is what I want to do on my calls. Hard resetting the iPhone has not helped. Is anyone else having this issue?

Unfortunately, I’ve followed these exact instructions, that’s why I was asking for help. i swipe down in Control Center, and tap on Mic Mode. Once I do that, tapping on Voice Isolation does nothing. I don’t know what I’m missing to enable it.
