Help

I have a subscription with an app but in settings there’s no option to cancel it just says to reapply subscription. But it’s still active and I can’t change my Apple Pay information because it’s still active. I went into the App Store and there’s no option to cancel there. What do I do? This is really frustrating. I can’t find answers anywhere.

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW.
