Plese update my phone ios 15.1 not supported i am already updated but this is not supported

iOS 15.1 does appear to be supported on your iPhone, but you must connect to a Wi-Fi network to update: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

Use Wifi to Download:

You are connected to Cellular. So, disable Cellular, and use Wi-Fi. As it Reads: "This update required a Wi-Fi network connection to download."
