current Version: 12.1.1 (16C50)
i looking for direct link of firmware, which link is correct? can anyone help me please?

The latest is iPadOS 15.1.1.
You can update in iPad's Settings > General > Software Update > here
or update using computer iTunes or Finder with iPad connected and selected.
Make sure iPad is connected to power and the Internet.

iPadOS 15.1 is current. Only TVOS has rolled to 15.1.1.

To be clear, you cannot install from a direct link. If you are not using OTA update from iPad settings, you must use a PC (with iTunes) or a Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder) to manage the installation process.
If using a PC/Mac, the computer requires an active internet connection to download and verify the digitally signed installation package.
