Paperclip shows on iPhone but no attachment visible

Hi,

I have an iPhone 7plus, updated to IOS 15 no problems.

Recently noticed that my emails show a paperclip but there is no way of downloading or viewing the attachment.

I have double checked my emails on my Mac and can see the pdf attachment no problems on the same email, but its not appearing on my iPhone.

Can anyone help

Scanned document does not appear in email I am trying to scan a document into an email on my iPhone (IOS 15.1, iPhone SE), but it hardly ever works. I have followed the isntructions at: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/add-attachments-iph8580f163b/ios I start writing the email by adding addressees, the subject line and some text. Then I click on the scan document icon. The scanning app appears, the click sound is hear and the document appears to have scanned. I press Save. The email app reappears, but there is no scanned document in the email. Also any text I have added to the email is gone. The only workaround I've found is to scan the document into a file or note, then attach that to the email. I try to use this feature every two weeks to submit a timesheet but it is always a frustrating experience.

Mail attachment (paperclip) column is visible, but doesn't show which messages have attachments All the columns in Mail are working correctly except for the "attachment" column, which is not showing which messages have attachments. See screen shot. The message in question definitely has an attachment, but no paperclip is showing in the list. How can I make them show up? Thanks

Generic ios app on iPhone not showing attachments in gmail iPhone 7, ios14.6. Recent gmails on the generic iOS mail app show a paper clip but no attachment. The older ones are fine. Gmail App is fine. I notice there were similar issues awhile back, non of the suggestions worked

Storage is ok, used 72GB of 128GB

I'm wondering if its something to do with the new IOS 15 update.
