Is Apple TV not available in Istanbul?

Every time I try to activate my free trial that I got from buying a new phone and new apple tv, I faced this error!

Indeed, Apple TV+ currently available in 107 countries and regions. Unfortunately for you, Turkey is not among those at this time.

Apple TV+ Unfortunately, I live in Romania, but "Apple" does NOT want to distribute Apple TV+ in ROMANIA, for reasons that no one understands !
