If you're taliking about AppleCare Plus Protection Plan (which you subscribed to within 60 days from the date or purchase), see this support article:--> Extend your AppleCare+ coverage - Apple Support

If you're talking about stadard Apple Care (1 year warranty), no, no way to extend the warranty period.
