Hi, is anyone else having problems downloading Netflix shows to your IPad Air 4? I keep getting the ! and the retry message. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app many times. I’ve tried contacting Netflix on Facebook & Twitter with no response. Thanks. -BJ
