Since the update to MacOS Monterey I see this 'app' in my Launchpad: "macOS Mon...y-installatie" with a big questionmark as icon. I cannot see it in the app-folder nor can I find any document with the search function.
Can anyone tell what this is and how to get rid of it?
Of course this should not be in the 'TV' section but I can't see how to change that now... It should be in the macOS or macBook section...

It is an artifact of the install process.
Drag it to the trash.

The trash can is on your Dock. From the Launch Pad drag it to the trash.

It seems not to exist on disk, in the filesystem. And the applauncher doesn’t have a trash ( as far as I know)
