Auto-populating cells with row-identifiers in various columns?

How can I create a formula that tells me which row above the cell in question a corresponding value is located? Stated differently: at the bottom of a column I would like the cell to display which row the value I am interested in is located. There is a header column at the beginning, which labels what each row is.

For clarity, I have made a brief video explaining my question in dropbox.

Thank you.

cell B64 =XLOOKUP($A64, B$4:B$63, $A$4:$A$63, "Not Found",0)

Fill down to B68 and fill all those to the right to do the other columns.
