It’s a second generation iPhone SE. These were released by Apple in April, 2020.

We can't tell by the serial number. The model name or model number are much more helpful.
The phone was purchased new in 2020. Is it a 2nd edition model SE?

What does it say at: Settings - General - About - Model = ??
The original iPhone SE was released by Apple in March, 2016.
