My debit card isn’t being accepted in my account to continue with the purchasing of some items on my phone

Wondering if you have checked that the expiry date on you card is ok ?


Your Apple ID is the one account you use to access all Apple services,

such as the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime and more.


First: Check the payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID:

(Scroll down to find your country or region, see if your card is listed ok)

Now you can:

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods
