change countries

I have moved countries and need to change the country location on my Apple ID as I'm updating my banking detail.


I'm unable to as I have an active Camscanner subscription on my old card, that goes on until April 2022.


I have not been able to cancel the subscription as that option isn't given to me when I try on iTunes, google play, or in my iPhone settings.


This has been extremely problematic as I can't download or update apps, or upgrade my iCloud that has completely run out of space.


I have contacted Camscanner and they replied they didn't have the power to cancel the subscription as it is controlled by Apple.


What can I do?

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to cancel it.

If you have followed the steps here and the subscription does not have a Cancel button, but has the word "Expires" next to the date, then its already been cancelled but will still run until its set to expire. If you need it to expire immediately, then you need to contact Apple Support and have them terminate it: link-> contact Apple Support
