I have a 2020 Equinox, iPhone 11 updated (iOS 14.8.1) & an Apple cable that works. When I make & receive all calls, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. All other CarPlay features work. What is the fix? Please & thank you🙋🏼♀️

Check with your Chevrolet dealer to see if there is a setting in the vehicle for the microphone. You also may wish to update your iPhone to the latest iOS 15.1.
