How do I install High Sierra (10.13) on 2010 MacBook Pro

According to this website:

https://everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/specs/macbook-pro-core-2-duo-2.4-aluminum-13-mid-2010-unibody-specs.html

My 2010 Macbook Pro is capable of running macOS High Sierra (10.13). I'm currently running Yosemite (10.10.5). How can I upgrade my Macbook to 10.13? I don't see any OS updates available in the Mac store.
