Look in iCloud on a Computer:
You'd have to keep an eye out in iCloud, as to what it being uploaded. Using your computer, you could more easily detect this, by organizing things by "Date Added". Go here, an keep an eye out: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive. Important: Consider using a computer to perform this, as It would be more user-friendly doing so.
