iCloud for Windows not working after Windows 11 upgrade

I just upgraded to Windows 11. Now I cannot get the iCloud to Windows to work with Mail, Contacts, and Calendars with Outlook. Every time I select this option, I get this error: "iCloud for Windows didn't install properly" I've repaired, reset and reinstalled multiple times. Nothing seems to work.
