Disabled iPad won't connect to my laptop
i was givin this ipad and its currently disabled i tried to just connect it to itunes but it wont connect to my laptop to rest it how else can i?

f it is still tied to the original owner's Apple ID, you cannot do anything.
You can only ask them to sign out of their Apple ID and disassociate the iPad from their account. They should also erase the iPad before giving it away.
