Students Not SHowing Up in Apple Classroom

Hello,

I am a high school teacher and I am trying to give a test for my students on their ipad and watch them on apple classroom. I have had this issue all school year and I have gone to my admin and tech people and had no help at all.

Here is the issue: When I have them jump onto Apple Classroom, a few if not a majority of my students never appear on my all students list. I have found that I need to go in and tell the students to go and click on settings on their iPad. After they hit the settings button, it automatically shows up on my screen.

Before you ask, I am on the same Wifi network as the students, and the iPad is managed by Mosyle Corporation MDM which automatically makes sure their Bluetooth is on!

I just want all my students to pop up and not have to worry about dealing with this issues.

Any help would be appreciated!
