hi please can i have advice on taking out a mobile contract for the apple iphone 13 pro with apple directly?

apple are not a carrier so you can't get a mobile contract with them

when you use the online store to attempt to purchase an iphone it will let you choose between valid carriers in your country

in the bottom of the page you control what country that is, the default is united states
