I have a 2020 Intel MBP 13" running Monterery 12.0.1 and Safari v15.1.
When I am on YouTube the seek bar portion of the slider disappears from the TouchBar. Anyone ideas on how to resolve it? I do not know when It started, I just happened to notice it yesterday.

Hello,
I modified the Touch Bar settings in Safari by removing the default set then adding it back. That resolved the issue. Thanks for the tip!

Did you try making changes to TouchBar preferences for Safari..(?) and compare resullts

If no resolve for the Intel Mac you can try both:
resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
