I would like to know whether i could buy apple watch series 7 using financing method? Either by using apple card or just using apple financing.

Apple doesn't usually provide its own financing plans. It usually uses a 3rd party lender.
If you have an Apple card, like with any credit card you should be able to buy something and make monthly payments until the bill is paid off.
Go through the process of buying the watch of your choosing and see what you are offered in payment options at check out. You can always cancel the sale before you pay.
