Hello Luckymeme77,
We see you have a question regarding something on your iPhone, and we'd be happy to see if we can help out!
Are you referring to the Secure Enclave on the iPhone? If so, you may read all about that here: Secure Enclave
As it's hardware-related, there would not be an available way to remove this from the device.
However, it sounds like you're referring to some information being auto-filled in. Some apps/features may ask to use Face ID or Touch ID to provide this. You can check in Settings > Face ID (or Touch ID) & Passcode, and see which features are enabled to use this, such as Password Autofill, iTunes & App Store, etc. You may also tap on 'Other Apps' in the list, and turn off any that you don't want to use Face ID/Touch ID for authentication.
If it seems to be autofilling info, you can check in Settings > Safari > Autofill, and Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords.
Cheers.
