I can’t update I phone it says unable to verify because I have no internet and I do

Force Restart your iPhone, then try again:

To force restart iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, or iPhone 13, do the following:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Yeah full battery plugged in it’s been like this for over a month now it just sits there and says verifying update after it downloads and then after about 10 mins it says unable to verify well actually it just sent it so I’ll send you the screenshot of what it says

You have direct Wifi or are you using a Hotspot? If using a Hotspot, that won't work. Also, if you have a VPN installed, turn it off.

I have Verizon fios for internet I have no idea what a vpn is it says it’s not on on the phone itself is it something to do with my internet ?

If you don't know what a VPN is, you likely don't have one, but they do often cause issues with updates.

Is your phone plugged into power and the battery charged above 50%?
