The @ button not working

My @ button is not working on my magic keyboard.

Any suggestions?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi, Cell

In the Settings > General > Hardware Keyboard settings, drill into the language associated with the selected keyboard, and make sure the that the appropriate language is selected. For a US keyboard for instance, you can have to select both the English (US) keyboard at the upper level and then drill into that, and select the US Automatic or US keyboard within.


If the keyboard and the keyboard language are set as expected, restart the iPad and see if that clears this.


If the problems persist, contact Apple Support. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss your options and alternatives with Apple.
