When ever I delete a file and press cmd+Z (Undo) I get this error and the file just disappears from trash and original location.

And perhaps you should boot into Recovery and run Disk Utility First Aid on this drive until you get a green health status before any other consideration that I mentioned previously.

Thanks for your reply. .This issue is still there after numerous reboot.
When this error occurs, file just disappears from both Trash and original location..
The -36 error can sometimes be attributable to a failing read or write on the drive.
Now would be a good time to stay current with your Time Machine backups, and potentially clone the internal drive, or as that may not be reliable, Restore your last Time Machine backup to a new external SSD. While you can.
