Can I install Xcode simulator for iOS 14.8.1?

iOS iPadOS 14.8.1 is the latest release of iOS14.

It is not available in Xcode 13.1 latest simulator on MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 with AppStore and System fully updated.

Is there a supported method to get iOS/iPadOS 14.8.1 in the simulator?

The downloaded image file was a file named 'tvOS 16.1.simruntime' in deep in a directory structure as below Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Profiles/Runtimes/tvOS 16.1.simruntime I don't know what to do with the file.
